Our vision and ways of working
VISION
We work according to the biological principle , from seed to harvest, which means that both the seed and planting material are biological certified and we do not use fertilizers, pesticides or other chemicals during cultivation. We work equally well biodynamically, by using insects and combining cultivation. In this way we nip pests and diseases in the bud as much as possible and we contribute to a healthy climate. Organic fertilizers are used to prepare the soil and provide the vegetables with the necessary nutritional values. By allowing various crops to take place, we also maintain biodiversity .

Bioberg is there for those people in the area who are looking for tasty and locally grown vegetables . They are harvested just before collection times, making them at their freshest. Together we ensure a reduced ecological footprint . We work completely without packaging and therefore ask you to bring your own carrier bag.
PRICE
A small share of the harvest costs 375 euros (€11,71 x 32 weeks) and is aimed at a weekly vegetable portion for one person. A standard crop share costs 645 euros (€20,15 x 32 weeks) and is intended for a couple of vegetable eaters.

If you have a family, an extra cost of 150 euros will be charged per child with an age from 5 to 16 years. Children under the age 5 get in for free, above 16 they are seen as an adult.

In all packages you get on average , depending on the harvest, 6 different vegetables , but the portions for some vegetables are larger in the standard share. As a rule, the smaller or weighed vegetables are multiplied compared to a small share, for example (cherry) tomatoes, beans, carrots, radishes, spinach...
WHERE & WHEN
We will start the 2022 harvest season at the beginning of May and end at the end of November . During these 32 weeks you will always eat the vegetables that nature has to offer us at that moment.

Each Thursday morning we start harvesting the veggies in order for you to pick up the boxes, between 5 and 7 am, at the farm located at Boeyendaalstraat 27 in Everberg, OR we deliver to your home .
It cannot get any fresher than this!

To prepare you for the week to come, we always communicate in due time which vegetables you can expect in the coming week. We do this by email.
